• Completeness of the application – When applications are incomplete, including past/current work experience, it will significantly reduce the possibility of you being considered for any position.
• Work History – Length of time in jobs and work performed is reviewed.
• Special skills or knowledge – As some positions need very specific skill sets, this area is reviewed to identify any foreign language skills, knowledge/experience in soccer and/or lacrosse and other special skills you may have.
• Availability – There are various work schedules depending on position and department, so specific times and day and days available is reviewed and considered.

Part of our screening process for positions is that a criminal history check will be conducted. Conviction of a crime does not automatically disqualify an individual from employment. Factors considered concerning a criminal conviction are the nature of the conviction, time elapsed since the conviction, and the type of job the applicant is being considered for hire. Omission of any information will be deemed falsification and will require that an application be removed from active status or an already hired employee be terminated. A post-offer drug test will be required. Please see Applicant’s Consent to Drug Testing attached to this application which will need to be signed and submitted with your completed application. Positive results will negate a job offer.

Your properly completed application will be retained on active status for 90 days. All active applications are continuously reviewed and considered as positions become available.
